OK, the floor is yours. Do you have any ideas for spray logos that could promote a friendlier attitude of fun and good sportsmanship on servers? Something with humor. “Respect Your Teammates” is a great sentiment but not subversive enough.
Let’s start a revolution!! Help me with some ideas and we’ll put them in spray form, and I’ll upload ‘em somewhere where you can download.

There are some nice TF2-themed sprays that promote teamwork on FPS banana (the biggest site for sprays and GUI fixes as far as I know), such as:

Promoting teamwork and a friendly attitude? A lot harder to find. You might have to come up with a few slogans yourself. I’m hopeless at it… as for pictures, all the classes in the middle of a taunt would work, I reckon

How about a play on the old “loose lips sink ships” posters? Maybe with a subtitle of “be mindful of what you say”?
