Well, I guess I should mention I did get the Blutsauger unlocked recently:
Through normal play! I didn’t think it was possible, and then BAM there it was, announcing itself. Now if someone can tell me how to play with the danged thing it’ll be even better!

Check your options on the main menu, there’s a section named for the weapons.
Just don’t get any wise ideas about shooting ME with that thing!
