So far, I’m likin’ it. As a fan of the Garand, I could tell a huge difference. Seems like there’s some controversy over the Freeze/Death cam thing, and a lot of people say they explosions are now “too cartoony”. I didn’t think that of the explosions, and the death cam is just fine.
My impression of the reaction thus far is, some people hate TF2 and automatically assume they are turning DoD into it, which is rank bull feces.

I think that this happens, indeed.
First when i bought TF2, i didn’t like the new features much. Then, some days/games later, i got used to it. It’s really nice. I think it’s just about having fun and getting some nice pictures, and maybe you use them for some sort of “storytelling”.

Kane, I hope you’ve found this out by now but in case you keep checking back to see (lol)….screenshots are in your dayofdefeatsource/dod/screenshots folder.
